Appointment Policies

Booking & deposits

Shopping and styling at A'La Mode are by appointment only. Mini Styling, Closet Cleaning and Wardrobe Overhaul appointments are booked with a $150 deposit, credited as described for each service. Virtual appointments are paid at booking. In-person shopping appointments are free.

Cancellations

All appointments are subject to loss of deposit if cancelled. Deposits are transferable to another day, not refundable. If you need to move your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Virtual appointments

All virtual appointments are subject to loss of fees if cancelled. Fees are transferable to another day, not refundable.

Late arrivals

A $50 late fee will be added to any appointment once a client is more than 15 minutes late.

Travel fees

A $30 travel fee will be added to any off-premise appointment. Any appointment outside of Salt Lake City proper will accrue a travel fee of up to $70, based on distance. A'La Mode travels along the Wasatch Front, from Ogden to Provo. Please contact us with any specialized travel requests. Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before your appointment date.

Extended hours & VIP appointments

If you're interested in hours outside of online booking, please contact us for VIP availability. All VIP appointments are subject to an additional $50 VIP fee.
