Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you take home from A'La Mode SLC. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

In-store, online and private shopping purchases

Items purchased in store, online or through a private shopping appointment may be returned within 21 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and have the original tags attached.

Returns made after 21 days, without original tags, or that don't meet these requirements are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Wardrobe Overhaul and Mini Styling purchases

Returns related to Wardrobe Overhaul and Mini Styling services must be requested within 48 hours of your fitting. Return requests made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Appointment deposits and fees

Styling deposits and virtual appointment fees are transferable to another day but are not refundable. See our Appointment Policies for cancellation, late arrival and travel fee details.

Sale items and discounts

All discounts and bundle offers are available for a limited time and may not be combined with any other offer.

Start a return

Email orders@alamodeslc.com with your name, order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll walk you through the next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
