Wardrobe Overhaul & Mini Styling returns

All returns related to Wardrobe Overhaul and Mini Styling services must be communicated within 48 hours of the fitting. Any return request made after the 48-hour period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

In-store, online & private shopping purchases

All items purchased through in-store shopping, online shopping, or private shopping services must be returned within 21 days of purchase and must have the original tags attached and be in their original, unworn condition.

Items returned after the 21-day return period, without original tags, or that do not meet the return requirements will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Appointment deposits

Styling deposits and virtual appointment fees are transferable to another day, but not refundable. See our appointment policies for details.
